Your April Dance Challenge

More Joy, Less Pressure

Hey dolls,

Spring is here and we’re stepping into April with a little more pep in our step—literally! If you’ve been thinking about adding more joyful movement to your day but aren’t sure where to start, I’ve got something that’ll get you sweating and smiling at the same time.

Introducing the April Dance Challenge
We’re grooving to one of my all-time favorite dance fitness routines "Come Get It Bae" by Pharrell. It’s flirty, fun, and perfect for leveling up your cardio without dreading a single second.

🕺🏾 What to Expect:
This routine is a full-body vibe with a special focus on the core and thighs. The combo of high-energy moves and beat-driven transitions will help you tone while you twirl. Want to turn up the burn? I recommend doing the routine three times back-to-back for a full dance cardio session that’s around 9 minutes of pure fun and fire!
